I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’m starting right now. I will be posting on this blog once a day for all of 2011. I know, I know, to all of my rabid readers and fans, you know that I post ALMOST everyday already. I am sure you have enjoyed some of my popular titles such as my 31 Days of Horror and As Seen on TV Gift Extravaganza, my Future Home of Iditarod Dreams posts as well as my newest; Recipe Rants. But some times you need a kick in the rear end to do a post every SINGLE day.
I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similiar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.
If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.
Signed,
Robert Forto

Good to hear it, Robert, just don’t let it take away from your dog training!!! By the by, what kind of subjects/topics are you considering including?

Hi Jason,
It is actually something they are doing on WordPress where they give you a topic to write about and you do it. It should be fun! You can find out more about it under the Freshly Pressed section of the site.
We are in the middle of a big thaw right now so the training has slowed down for the moment. Hope to start trucking the teams this weekend to find snow.
I usually write my posts late at night so it wont interfere.
Keep up the great work yourself. I love your blog posts!

Man, that’s too bad about the thaw up there–what’s up with the Knik 200?
Glad you’re enjoying my blog; likewise! I may want to get in on that once a day action, too, but I’m a little worried about keeping up with it on the trip up to AK & back (for the Iditarod).
Cheers,
Jason

They moved the Knik. I am planning on running the Don Bowers and possibly the Taiga. I dont have my own dogs yet so I am at the mercy of using someone elses (we are kennel partners this year).
